Mango- the king of the fruits. It is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Mangoes- are the best fruits which you can offer to your skin and body.
Sweet and delicious fruit it can be eaten on its one. Just like a
healthy snack without any additional ingredients. You can also make a
delicious smoothies. My recipe for the healthy mango smoothie:
Ingredients
1 chopped ripe mango
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (or sugar )
Preparation:
Place the mango, yogurt, honey in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy
